Strategy:

Unionization of weaker sections including both men & women and networking around common issues/activities through the process of motivation, mobilization and common action.Capacity building of the catalytic institution and empowerment of CBOs/TGOs involving resource mobilizations, HRD/HRM, genderisation & pro poor policy advocacy through policy research, documentation, lobby & campaigning.

Intervention:

Training, Workshop, Seminars, Camps, Mass Education, Consultation and Information Dissemination.Implementation of developmental activities with desired People's contribution and ensuring optimum gender & environmental consideration.Income Generation, Entrepreneurship Development, Organization & leadership Building, Environmental & Gender Development.Skill development in both monetary & non monetary sectors, Economic & Social Security Programme.
